Single Layer Nominal Filter Bags

Nylon (NMO) Monofilament Mesh Single Layer Nominal Filter Bags

Nylon Monofilament Mesh (NMO) single-layer filter bags are precision-woven mesh media designed for surface filtration. Unlike felt media, which provides depth filtration, NMO bags capture particles on the surface of the mesh fibers, making them ideal for applications requiring accurate particle retention and easy cleaning. They are reusable in many cases and provide excellent mechanical strength with minimal fiber shedding.

Operation

Liquid enters the housing and passes inside to outside through the mesh. Contaminants larger than the mesh pore size are retained on the surface. Clean filtrate exits through the housing outlet. Bags can often be washed and reused multiple times, reducing overall filtration costs.

  • Made from precision-woven nylon monofilament mesh.

  • Provides true surface filtration with sharp particle cut-off.

  • Reusable – washable and durable under repeated cycles.

  • Wide range of micron ratings (25–800 µm) for coarse to fine separation.

  • High tensile strength and dimensional stability.

  • Compatible with most standard bag filter housings.

  • Minimal fiber migration – suitable for sensitive applications.
