Single Layer Nominal Filter Bags

Polypropylene (PP) Felt Single Layer Nominal Filter Bags

Polypropylene (PP) felt single-layer nominal filter bags are cost-effective, depth filtration media designed for removing particulate and sediment from liquids. The needle-punched PP felt provides graded density filtration, trapping both coarse and fine contaminants throughout the depth of the media. These bags are widely used for general-purpose liquid filtration across diverse industrial applications due to their broad chemical compatibility, low cost, and ease of replacement.

Operation

Liquid enters the filter housing and flows from the inside to the outside of the filter bag. Contaminants are trapped within the felt fibers and on the bag surface. The clean filtrate exits through the housing outlet. Bags are disposable but can be rinsed and reused in certain non-critical applications.
