Gasket

Industrial Gaskets

Industrial Gaskets are sealing elements used to create a tight, leak-proof joint between two mating surfaces in filter housings, pipelines, and process equipment. Manufactured in a wide variety of elastomers, polymers, and metallic materials, gaskets ensure safe, reliable, and contamination-free operations across industries.

Elastomer Gaskets – EPDM, NBR, Silicone, Viton
PTFE Gaskets – Virgin PTFE, Expanded PTFE, Filled PTFE
Metallic Gaskets – Spiral Wound, Ring-Type Joint (RTJ), Metal Jacketed
Sanitary Gaskets – Tri-Clamp Gaskets (EPDM, Silicone, PTFE for pharma/food)

Operation

When compressed between flanges or sealing surfaces, the gasket deforms to fill surface irregularities, forming a tight seal that prevents leakage of liquids or gases under pressure.
