“O” rings

O-Rings

O-Rings are circular sealing elements designed to prevent leakage of liquids or gases by creating a tight seal between two surfaces. Compact, cost-effective, and highly versatile, they are one of the most widely used sealing solutions in industrial and sanitary applications. O-Rings are available in a broad range of elastomers and polymers to ensure compatibility with various process fluids, temperatures, and pressures.

Operation

When compressed in a gland or groove, the O-Ring deforms elastically, creating a sealing line along the mating surfaces. Under pressure, the O-Ring is forced against the groove walls, enhancing the sealing force and ensuring leak-free operation in static and dynamic applications.
