Nylon Monofilament (NMO) welded filter bags are precision surface filtration media constructed with high-strength woven nylon mesh. The welded seam eliminates fiber shedding and ensures robust sealing. These bags are best suited for applications requiring accurate particle retention and repeatable filtration performance, such as final product protection and paint recovery.

Operation

Liquid flows from the inside to the outside of the bag. Solid particles larger than the rated micron size are trapped on the surface of the nylon mesh. Unlike felt bags, NMO bags are washable and reusable, making them a cost-effective choice for applications where reusability and consistent filtration are important.
