Welded Seam Filter Bags

Polypropylene (PP) Welded Filter Bags

Polypropylene (PP) welded filter bags are manufactured using 100% melt-blown polypropylene felt with welded seams to ensure zero fiber release and strong sealing. These bags are widely used for economical, general-purpose liquid filtration due to their broad chemical compatibility, corrosion resistance, and high dirt-holding capacity. The welded construction provides superior strength over traditional stitched bags, making them ideal for critical applications.

Operation

Process liquid flows from the inside of the bag to the outside, trapping contaminants within the polypropylene felt depth matrix. The fully welded seam design eliminates bypass and ensures cleaner filtrate output. Designed for single-use but may be reused depending on application.

  • 100% polypropylene construction – inert and corrosion resistant

  • Welded seams – no fiber shedding, leak-proof sealing

  • Wide chemical compatibility (acids, alkalis, water-based fluids)

  • High dirt-holding capacity with depth filtration

  • Cost-effective and versatile filtration solution

  • Compatible with standard filter housings
