Metallic Filters (Fully Cleanable & Reusable)

Sintered Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges

Sintered Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges are rigid, depth-type filters manufactured by sintering fine stainless-steel powders or multiple layers of woven mesh. This creates a strong, porous matrix with uniform pore distribution, offering excellent durability and reusability under extreme operating conditions.

Operation

Process fluid flows through the sintered porous structure. Contaminants are trapped within the depth of the media, ensuring high dirt-holding capacity. Cartridges are easily cleaned by backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning, or chemical treatment for extended service life.
